Yoga to me, is healing the connection with the body. The journey of yoga is the journey of exploring the body. Discovering the possibilities and weaknesses of one’s body so you learn to love, accept and feel as comfortable as possible in your body.
During my yoga flow we focus on body awareness and presence. We try to improve while listening to what our body needs, being patient ,and always talking with love towards ourselves.
Connection with the body is the most powerful form of healing for the feminine energy as it holds the secrets to Divine Feminine Wisdom.
To become the highest version of ourselves, we need to balance our body, mind, and soul, the physical, emotional, and spiritual. I believe that the healthier your body is, the easier it is for you to manifest what you want in this reality. Creating a healthy relationship with our body is the first step towards becoming our most powerful version.
