Return Policy 

If you want to return your products, we ask you to follow these steps. This way, we know that your return is coming and your refund will be processed quicker. 

• Returns can be done within 14 days after receiving your order. 

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, damage-free with tags and original packaging. 

• Shipping costs are for you and non-refundable. 

• After 14 days from the day you have received your package, the order is final. 

• E-mail us at hello@sheofathousandnames.nl to start the return.

• If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and give you instructions on where to send your package. 

• We ask you kindly to send the return package within 3 days after you have received our approval (returns without a request first will not be accepted).

• Please be mindful, returns are the responsibility of customers. We are not responsible for lost goods.

Refunds 

• Once we have received your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. 

• When your return has been approved, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

• The money will be refunded on your original payment method, it can take up to 7 days for us to refund your money.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
