Shipment

• All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days by PostNL or FedEx.

• Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.

• Orders take an estimated 1-7 days to arrive depending on the country. 

• Please be aware, that we can’t be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you have any issues with the shipment, you must file a claim with the courier directly. 

• She of a Thousand Names is not responsible for packages that have wrong/incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during checkout. 

• She of a Thousand Names is not responsible for any customs duties & taxes incurred within your receiving country. 

• We do not accept cancellations on orders after shipment. To cancel an order before shipment contact us as soon as possible.
