The healing properties of the sacred seed: cacao, have been used in ceremonies by indigenous tribes of Central and South America for thousands of years. The Mayans consider cacao the “blood of the earth”, they say that the love accessed when it’s consumed is the same love that the divine mother; Mother Earth has for us.

A cacao circle is a place to receive insight, healing, and inspiration. I combine spiritual teachings with ritual arts, yoga, meditation, dance and music to create a mystical and educational experience.

The cacao used is different than store-bought cacao. Guatemalan cacao is known for its healing properties; heart-opening, heightens your intuition, is felt more in the body, helps you to feel emotions, and lets them rise to the surface to be felt and expressed.

The cacao is ethically and intentionally sourced from the indigenous people of Guatemala for sacred ceremonies. This cacao is cultivated and processed by a women’s collective in the Mayan Indigenous village of San Antonio.
